Cost Action E33, Forest Recreation and Nature Tourism, is a network of researchers and practitioners working in the field from all around Europe.  The action commenced in January 2004 and will continue for four years.

This site will grow and develop as the respective countries submit more examples.

The good practice examples were collected by dr. Berit Kaae and the examples of litterature on forest recreation and nature tourism were collected by dr. Renate Bürger-Arndt.

Jon Geir Petursson and Simon Bell formed the layout of the database.
